Tosha’s Story

Overcoming Perfectionism

"When I see a dog come in timid and scruffy, and leave feeling happy, clean and proud? it is the best feeling!"

I love grooming dogs for the local animal shelter. My favorite groom to date was a blind Cocker Spaniel who was found wandering around town, bumping into things. She was in horrible condition. Dirty, matted, and scared. I had to shave all of her with a 10-inch blade. She was adopted by a wonderful family and I have the pleasure of continuing to groom her. I am so impressed with her resilience and love knowing that I was able to help her find a loving home.
