Within ten (10) days of receipt of your unsubscribe request, we will remove you from our distribution list unless you request to be added again in the future.

   If you would like to opt out of text alerts, you may text "STOP" in the text message thread at any time to no longer receive promotional messages. Please note that you still may receive text messages regarding your order status or other transactional data that is not related to marketing if you have previously opted in.

      Who May Exercise Your Rights

      Except as described below, you may only make a request to exercise your rights on behalf of yourself. A parent or legal guardian may make a request on behalf of their child.

      Under the NDPA and TDPSA, Nebraska and Texas residents may use an Authorized Agent to opt out of the sale of their Personal Information and the processing of their Personal Information for the purposes of targeted advertising.

      Andis does provide a limited amount of Personal Information to certain third-party business partners and our Brands to collect analytical data or to serve targeted advertising to you. Under California law, these activities may be considered "selling" or "sharing" your Personal Information. In the preceding twelve (12) months, Andis has “sold” or “shared” as defined under the CCPA, the following categories of personal information: Identifiers and Internet or other similar network activity.

      Andis has not disclosed Personal Information to “third parties” as defined under the CCPA in the preceding 12 months. We have disclosed Personal Information to our Service Providers, Contractors, and Professional Advisors as described in Section 5 (With Whom We Disclose or Share Your Personal Information).

      Sensitive Personal Information:

      We do not use or disclose any sensitive Personal Information for any reason other than for employment purposes or other purposes that are exempted by the CCPA.

      California Notice of Financial Incentive Offerings

      We offer product discounts, coupons, survey rewards and sweepstakes or contest rewards from time to time. In exchange, we will collect, use, share and retain certain Personal information from you to deliver the benefit to you, such as your name and contact information. You may opt into the financial incentive by providing your contact information as prompted in a popup notification on the Site. These discounts, coupons, survey rewards and sweepstakes or contest rewards may be considered a financial incentive under the CCPA.

      We will maintain and utilize the personal information you provide for future marketing purposes, and these financial incentives are reasonably related to the value of the data you provide.

      We make a reasonable, good-faith determination of the estimated value of such information to our business, taking into consideration the value of the offer itself and the anticipated revenue generation from brand loyalty and repeat purchases. We calculate the value of the offer and financial incentive by using the expense related to the offer.

      You may withdraw from this financial incentive at any time by completing our Privacy Request. Please note that if you have provided your Personal Information at other times or using other means, then we may still provide you with marketing and advertising unless you request to delete all of your Personal Information with us.
